Licensed products

Tools for the systems you actually operate

Windows systems and Synology NAS share the same tenants, roles, device structure and operational workspace. Supporting infrastructure tools are included with an active device licence.

Licence per device

Windows Agents

Operate Windows 10/11 and Windows Server from the browser: live status, interactive PowerShell or CMD, software, maintenance, security and integrated remote support.

  • Interactive PowerShell/CMD and direct administration
  • File Manager, Registry, Scheduled Tasks and printers
  • Integrated RustDesk: attended/unattended, one-click launch and audit
  • Tenant-specific RustDesk servers and QR configuration
  • Updates, Chocolatey, services, Defender and Firewall

  • Active Backup and Hyper Backup operations
  • Multi-NAS overview with groups, tags and bulk actions
  • Live status, storage health and utilisation

Automatically included

Practical infrastructure tools without separate add-on subscriptions

As soon as at least one paid Windows or Synology device licence is active, these everyday tools unlock for the account. No second product subscription and no separate licence line per tool.

One active device licence is enough. Dynamic DNS, SSL Monitoring and One-Time Secrets become available automatically. Console DNS diagnostics are included with the platform for paid accounts.

Technician-first operations

Start with the device and the task—not with the policy.

fliix Ops starts from the specific system and the technician’s current work. Inspect state, read logs, open a terminal, manage files or Registry, check security and launch remote support without leaving the device context.

Individual systems remain first-class Historically grown environments, specialist software and customer-specific exceptions do not need to be fully standardised before useful work can begin.
Solve many issues without screen control Use terminal, files, Registry, scheduled tasks, services, Event Logs, software, Defender and Firewall while users can often continue working.
Automation supports the technician Automate repeatable tasks and bulk actions without hiding individual devices and necessary judgement behind complex policy structures.
Remote support stays in the same workflow Install RustDesk in attended or unattended mode, open the desktop with one click and control access through tenant-specific roles and auditing.

A focused product model

Built for people who operate real systems.

fliix Ops does not try to imitate every RMM or UEM category. The product aims to become the best workspace for technicians who must understand, maintain, repair and support Windows systems.

The individual device still matters

Every device keeps its own state, applications, users, configuration and history—and remains directly operable.

Tools instead of unnecessary context switches

Move from device state to terminal, files, Registry, software, security and remote desktop without leaving the workspace.

Standardise where it helps

Use automation and bulk actions for repeatable work without removing individual systems and technician judgement from the product.

Fits your operating model

Integrates proven tools where they add value

fliix Ops integrates established technologies instead of claiming to invent every layer itself: RustDesk for Windows remote desktop, Chocolatey for package operations and Zabbix Agent 2 for teams that need dedicated monitoring.

FAQ

Questions from technicians and administrators

What is fliix Ops?
fliix Ops is a technician-first, cloud-based and multi-tenant operations platform. It combines practical Windows administration tools, integrated RustDesk remote support and controlled automation for repeatable work.
Is fliix Ops a traditional RMM?
No. fliix Ops is not a NinjaOne alternative and does not aim to reproduce a complete RMM suite. Its focus is direct operational work, individual Windows systems and the tools technicians need for that work.
Who is fliix Ops built for?
Windows administrators, support technicians, systems engineers and IT generalists. IT service providers and internal IT departments benefit from multi-tenancy, roles and auditing, but the centre of the product is the person solving the technical problem.
Do all devices need to be standardised?
No. Standards and automation are useful, but fliix Ops remains valuable when devices differ because of hardware, specialist software or customer-specific exceptions.
How is RustDesk integrated?
Technicians can install RustDesk from the Windows Agent menu in attended or unattended mode and launch the desktop directly without copying an ID. Unattended passwords are stored encrypted and access is audited.
Do I need remote desktop for every task?
No. Many routine and advanced tasks run directly through interactive PowerShell or CMD, file management, Registry, services, scheduled tasks, Event Logs, software, Defender, Firewall and other tools.
Can fliix Ops be used alongside an RMM?
Yes. An RMM can cover monitoring, policies, patching and automation while fliix Ops acts as the direct operations and support workspace for Windows systems.
Is fliix Ops self-hosted?
No. fliix Ops is a cloud SaaS hosted in Germany. Only the RustDesk infrastructure can be customer-managed and configured separately for each tenant.
Which products are paid and which tools are included?
Windows Agents and Synology NAS are licensed per managed device. Dynamic DNS, SSL Monitoring and One-Time Secrets are included automatically when at least one paid device licence is active.

We demonstrate real technician workflows: understand state, use the required tools, document the work and open remote support only when the screen is genuinely needed.
